1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ILABZ AI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or tools.

2. Services Overview

ILABZ AI provides AI-assisted tattoo visualisation tools such as tattoo concept generation, stencil creation, and image overlay placement previews. These tools are for creative visualisation only and do not replace professional tattoo design.

3. Accounts & Access

Users must be at least 18 years old. You agree to keep your login secure and not share access with others, and understand that credits provided on signup or purchase are non-transferable.

4. Payments & Credits

Payments are processed via Stripe, and purchases are final except in cases of duplicate charges or technical failure. Free tools remain available while you hold at least one active credit, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of your prompts, ideas, and generated tattoo images. By using ILABZ AI, you grant us limited permission to temporarily store and process this content for tool functionality and improvement. You agree not to upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or explicit.

6. Intellectual Property

All site code, UI elements, and generated content workflows belong to ILABZ AI. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the tools or generated outputs as a service.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated tattoo concepts are for reference only. They may not be unique, accurate, or anatomically perfect. Always consult a professional tattoo artist before permanent application.

8. Limitation of Liability

ILABZ AI is provided “as is.” We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from reliance on generated images or tool errors.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

10. Future Development

ILABZ AI continues to evolve. New features, pricing models, or partner integrations may be added. Any substantial changes to these Terms or pricing will be communicated in advance.
