ILABZ AI (“we”, “our”, “us”) operates as a platform offering AI-powered tools that help clients and tattoo artists communicate ideas visually. Our infrastructure runs on Railway, Firebase powers authentication, and Stripe processes payments.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to deliver our services. This includes account details such as your name and email (via Firebase / Google login); payment data handled securely by Stripe so no card numbers are stored with us; generated content like prompts, images, and stencil uploads used to create designs; and anonymised usage analytics that help us understand performance. We do not sell your data and share it only when required for secure payment or authentication.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to manage your ILABZ AI account, process payments and credits, generate and display AI tattoo previews or stencil results, improve tool performance, and communicate important updates such as credit changes or new feature releases.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely through Firebase with encryption in transit and at rest. Generated images and prompts may be temporarily stored for performance and moderation. You may request account deletion or data removal at support@ilabz.ai.

5. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted partners—Stripe for payments, Firebase / Google for authentication, and OpenAI plus image APIs for AI generation—and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

6. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account or data, ask what personal information we hold, or withdraw consent for marketing and other non-essential communication at any time.
